BEHIND THE MISSION

1. What inspired you to take a disruptive approach in your business, and can you share a specific example of how your product or business model has disrupted the market?

What inspired you to take a disruptive approach in your business, and can you share a specific example of how your product or business model has disrupted the market? What inspired me to take a disruptive approach was the overwhelming number of entrepreneurs (especially women of faith and creatives of color) who were building businesses with purpose, but lacked the brand clarity and confidence to communicate that purpose effectively. I realized that branding couldn’t just be visual; it had to be transformational. So instead of offering cookie-cutter logos and surface-level design, I built a coaching-centered brand agency that excavates the message behind the mission. One specific example of disruption is our “Brand Redemption” model. Instead of starting with colors and fonts, we start with the founder’s story, struggles, and spiritual convictions. That blueprint becomes the foundation of a compelling, profitable brand identity. This flipped the typical design-first model on its head and created an entirely new lane: brand therapy meets visual impact. Our clients don’t just walk away with visuals; they walk away with vision.

2. How do you identify opportunities for disruption within your industry, and what strategies have you implemented to challenge the status quo?

I pay attention to what’s missing, not just what’s trending. In an industry flooded with aesthetics over authenticity, I saw an opportunity to infuse identity-driven branding with spiritual alignment. Most agencies build brands from the outside in. Panther Ink builds them from the inside out. Our strategy is simple but effective: we lead with revelation, not replication. Through our signature workshops and masterclasses, like Mastering Your Mission and Faith Meets Function, we help business owners uncover their divine calling and convert it into a disruptive brand message. We also challenge the norm by integrating faith, emotional wellness, and market research in one holistic framework... something the traditional marketing world rarely merges.

3. How do you measure the impact of your disruptive innovations, and what role does customer feedback play in your approach?

Impact is measured through transformation and traction. We track our success not only by revenue growth but by our clients’ confidence to show up, speak out, and scale up. Metrics like brand visibility, engagement increases, press features, and client conversions all tell us our work is creating ripples. Customer feedback is the pulse. Their stories tell us everything. When clients say things like, “I finally feel seen,” or “I’ve never been able to explain my purpose this clearly,” that’s the fruit. We use surveys, testimonials, and social listening to shape our offers and stay connected to what our community truly needs, not just what we think they want.
